Our Philosophy
Farms Full Service, LLC is totally committed to achieving and maintaining the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. We aim to satisfy our customer’s requirements by ensuring the highest levels of quality and service in all that we do. We believe that each of our customers is entitled to excellence in service irrespective of the scope of the work or cost of a service. We pride ourselves in our high levels of customer response, from initial customer contact through to completed service, repair, or maintenance. Please alert us at once if ever you are less than 100% satisfied.
We can justifiably claim that this policy has served our customers well. Year after year, in excess of seventy percent of our business comes either directly from our existing customer base or as the direct result of a recommendation from an existing customer.
Operating from our well-equipped and upgraded facility in Beverly Farms, Gary Stetson (owner/operator) and the rest of the total-quality service team are all fully equipped to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Gasoline and minor vehicle service is available 6 days a week [see current posted hours]; full automotive service, repairs, diagnostics, State inspections, and maintenance are handled on most weekdays (except for holidays and training session closings). Appointments for diagnostic service, repair, or maintenance work are suggested, but not required.
Each member of our service team values good communications and excellent customer service is maintained at all times. Our clean facility, highly trained mechanics, modern tools and technology, and computer-assisted diagnostic equipment ensure that all customers receive the right service and exceptional treatment at a fair cost.
